I have this friend, who I love a lot, but he's always having problems. Either it's his roommate or his boyfriend or his parents or SOMETHING and every time we hang out, which isn't often anymore because he moved cities, it's all he talks about. And I love him so so much, but he is so exhausting to spend time with. And I feel sooo bad. Because I love him, I really do. He was my first, and really only, friend outside of my university. We used to spend so much time together.

I feel like such a dick right now. His boyfriend cheated on him and they broke up yesterday. And obviously he's upset, and that's so valid! He has every right to be angry and sad and whatever else he's feeling. But we had planned last week to hang out today, and he still wants to hang out, but I know the entire time we are together he's going to be talking about this. And i don't even know what I'm saying, I just know I'm going to be so emotionally tired after this and I have so much to get done between now and Monday morning that i don't have time to be tired like this.

None of this matters, I just need to rant and this is the only social media he doesn't follow me on.

If he see's this by some ungodly chance I hope he knows I love him so much and I'd never stop being friends with him, I just need to yell into the void sometimes.
