From time to time, my past sins haunt me. It breaks my heart reflecting on how bad I’ve become, especially considering how better of a Muslim i used to be.

Imagine your phone falling into water, would you let it sink because “it’s already wet it doesn’t matter anymore” or would you get it out as quick as possible and see if you can save it? You’d take it out right?
Then why don’t you do the same with yourself? Why is it that when you fall into a sin you say “alright I fell into this sin I might as well fall into this and this other ones” why don’t you pick yourself up and do your best to dust yourself off and start a new page?
Every single night before going to sleep, make sincere tawbah to Allah, and every morning, repent from All your sins and promise not to go back to them (your tawbah cannot be accepted without intending to abandon sins) death can approach you anytime, and it will surely not give you a warning, so let it find you ready and clean.

Have you ever wondered how can you love some people and be saddened by their pains even though you don’t know their names nor do you know their form, but the only thing you share with them is a goal, and that is Allah’s pleasure and beautiful rewards.
As Imam Abu Bakr تقبله الله said once:
“this is the bond of Islamic brotherhood, a bond which if kings knew its value they would abandon their reigns and come fight us for it”
And Allah says: If you had spent all that is in the earth, you could not have united their hearts, but Allah has united them. Certainly He is All-Mighty, All-Wise.

As spring approaches & the weather gets warmer, imagine you had to spend your day and night in a plastic bag, I mean a tent, under the sun.
Imagine having an aircraft flying and making noises the 24 hours of the day like a fly above your head, while your children cry of heat and hunger, just imagine yourself in this position, and remember that this is the state of many of the people of this Ummah.
May Allah assist our oppressed brothers and sisters worldwide.

Advice for those who were blessed by Allah by reaching these blessed days:
Remember that this dunyah is a test and that like all other tests, the further you go the harder it gets.
The ending of Ramadan is not as easy as the beginning, the distractions have increased, the mood is low, the motivation has died, but you don’t want to ruin all what you’ve done in these 20 days, so stand up and go pray your qiyaam, don’t abandon your tarawih, and don’t abandon the Quran, increase in adhkaar, and don’t let anything distract you.
If the environment you’re in makes you feel like you should just give up, say jokes on you all and go get your stuff done.
Don’t let anything or anyone ruin these days for you, for when you stop your worship because of people you are just helping them against you…
If you let your nafs and the shayateen of ins get a hold of you and get you to give up you’re the only loser, each one of us will be in his grave alone and “so and so made me mad” or “so and so are all against me” are not going to be enough as excuses in front of Allah the day each one of us sincerely regrets his shortcomings.
We should get used to worship even under stress and calamity, for the same way we want Allah’s blessings even when we disobey him, we should worship him even when he tests us.

Once I walked by a statue in the shape of a tank, I had a 3 year old child besides me and he said “look that’s an Israeli car” I was surprised by his reaction so I asked him what do they do with it? He said “when people are praying outside they kill them so people bleed and cry and call the ambulance” i asked “where have you seen that” he said “I saw it on Al Jazeera”( he actually calls it jazeela & calls any news channel the same).
When I heard “Al Jazeera” I was actually min-blown, I used to be once his age, or maybe a bit older and I used to see the same images on that same channel from our brothers in iraq and palestine and afghanistan… , I used to, just like him, hold grudges and hatred for an enemy I didn’t know much about, many years ago, and nothing changed yet…
I didn’t know how to react, should I smile and rejoice because he knows the good from the evil, or should I grieve and cry because a new generation of Muslims is born to see the bloodshed of everyone who says la ilaha illa Allah?
“Instil love for shهاdah in the hearts of the new generations, if they don’t have the blessing of being children of Shuهada let them attain shaهاdah themselves.Raise men who will grant you shafa’a in front of the Lord of the heavens and the earth, Allah Subhanahu wa taala. And do not pay attention to those who may say “they’re too young for this” our children were never young to be kiااed in Syria and palestine and afghanistan and iraq and Kashmir and Burma?! But now they’re too young when we want to raise them upon hهte for the enيmies of Allah?”

Befriend the Quran!
If you want the miraculous effects of the Quran to take place, befriend it! Befriend it, befriend the Quran so that it will be a means of cure for all ailments, spiritual and otherwise.
And it will be a raising in your ranks which is most important.
…..
Friends never share secrets until they get very well acquainted, then they begin to exchange gifts, and then secrets take place, -you exchange secrets- then they begin to console and comfort each other, begin to befriend the Quran so you can see it’s miraculous effects and benefits!
If you’re lonely, head to the Quran, if you’re sad, open the Quran, if you’re depressed listen and read the Quran it’s a cure for that and more, if you’re happy, read the Quran! That’s a way of thanking Allah “if you thank me I will grant you more” what more do you want from friendship that will land you to paradise and firdaws?

Ramadān is finally coming upon us, the month that the hearts and bodies were in need of and longed for. This is a season of ibādah, the month that every Muslim and Muslimah has been waiting for!
Don’t let distractions take this month away from you! If possible, deactivate your socials or log out. Try to get rid of any negative influences and surround yourself with positive influences. Set your goals, don’t enter this Ramadān without a purpose and a goal!
Ramadān has come, O people of understanding, So welcome it after its long absence. A year has passed from our lives in negligence, So be aware, for life is but a shadow of a cloud.

Imām Ibn Al-Qayyim (رحمه الله) said:

True victory is found in remaining steadfast on this path until death
True victory lies in steadfastness upon the Aqeedah until death. So even if the last hope ends, and the crowd of hypocrites applauds, my shoes will remain high above their heads, while my head is raised with the noose of a hangman around my neck

Your mind is like a grinder, so be mindful of what you put inside it through your eyes and ears. If you allow anything without filtering, you will get corresponding outputs in the form of actions.
Therefore, As we affirm our love for what Allah loves and our hatred for what Allah hates, we should not look at what Allah dislikes. Allah dislikes it when you witness falsehood and then become like those who do it. If you are truthful, do not witness the falsehood of celebrating the new year
{ وَٱلَّذِینَ لَا یَشۡهَدُونَ ٱلزُّورَ وَإِذَا مَرُّوا۟ بِٱللَّغۡوِ مَرُّوا۟ كِرَامࣰا }

Hamad ibn Salamah visited Sufyan Al-Thawri and Sufyan said: "O Abu Salamah! Do you think Allah will forgive someone like me?" Hamad replied: "By Allah, if I were given the choice between being held accountable by Allah or by my parents, I would choose to be held accountable by Allah because He is more merciful to me than my parents."

Look‼️ O' servant of Allāh, Beware, Beware from being so as the Jews, and Beware and Beware from being like the Christians. Who do you have to be like then? Like the best of mankind, Prophet ﷺ, as it was narrated by Muslîm in his Sahīh, that Aîshā, may Allāh be pleased with her; said when she was asked about the manners of the Prophet ﷺ peace and blessings be upon him “his manners were the Qur'ān', meaning, he used to act upon the Qur'ān in his daily life, in matters of Aqīdâh, Akhlāq(Manners), Ādāb(Morals) and Mûāmâlāt(Dealings), in all of this, he used to follow what he was taught, the knowledge that he dedicated his life for.
How many are there today who are knowledgeable of the religion of Allāh Subhānâhû wa-Ta'āla, how many are graduates of universities and centres and academies, but, where is their action? Their action is scant, '˹Only˺ a few of My servants are ˹truly˺ grateful. [Sûrâh Sâbâ:13].
