I have a little headcanon that Jotaro has a noise intolerance😔

He really started to get angry either when his friends were killed or when the girls started making noise😔(in a part 4 too!!!)

so in jojo part 2 Lisa Lisa was supposed to have a fight with a pillar man and save joseph by sacrificing her well established super expensive magic scarf, but the publishers didn't want a girl to win against a main villain so Joseph got a costume change before the previous fight so he would have a scarf to sacrifice, but without any of the build up.

in part 5 giorno was supposed to be a girl in a story with almost all men, receiving hatred and being underestimated and overlooked by them, and overcoming that misogyny. but the publishers wouldn't let the main character be a girl so now giorno is hated for no reason and it doesn't mean anything. and because he wins by just having better powers it doesn't feel like he's overcome anything.

God, the ending of stone ocean was soooo good. The fact that it was Jolyne's own strength and love and belief for Emporio that allowed him to be stronger and confident and more courageous to finally leave the prison and defeat pucci. The fact that this was foreshadowed at the beginning when Jotaro says that their family has a unique ability to touch the hearts of others, and how Jolyne knew that because she was a Joestar, she would never be able to take down pucci herself, but Emporio could.

The fact that the universe resets, and her new name doesn't start with Jo-, indicating that the Joestar curse is permanently defeated. She and all of her friends (sorry FF) got a happy ending, and her family will never have to suffer again. Everyone's personality is what they would have been if Jotaro never had to protect Jolyne from pucci because he didn't exist. If Dio's influence died with him (minus Morioh and Giorno and Diavolo). Everyone still alive at the start of part 6 got a happy ending.

They won. She won more so than anyone else in her line has, and she won by trusting others. There are no more vampires or stone masks, no more arrows that they have to worry about, and Dio's influence has been eradicated from the world. And this is further proven by the fact that Araki abandoned that universe for the next parts, because there truly are no more stories to be told in this one. Because they defeated everything and everyone. They totally and completely won. There is no one left to cause them harm. Jolyne was so strong, but she shouldn't have had to be- and this universe is her at her happiest.
