Even I fall victim to influencer marketing sometimes. Watching Bron listen to “Walk Down” by Doe Boy, put me on to this song. We need to discuss how LeBron is an expert at reacting to music on camera.

The connection of course is that Doe Boy grew up in Cleveland, and since LeBron is a Midwesterner at heart the cosign comes naturally.

More charming than anything is that LeBron doesn’t fully know the words but he keeps doing his thing. Energy we need!

Young Thug Deep Cuts Compilation

If you’ve been around rap in the last few years, you’ve probably heard at least a few songs by Young Thug. The first time I heard him and knew who he was was probably “Lifestyle,” which I assume is true for a lot of people.

(Slightly before that, I heard “Stoner” on Vine when it was a viral dance type song, but didn’t know who it was) 

At first I was one of those goobers who listened to “Lifestyle” ironically, with a ‘so bad it’s good’ mentality, but one day my brain flipped a switch and I realized that was arrogance. That’s when it all started.

70th Street Carlos - “Change On Me”

Please please don’t sleep on this fella, maybe one of the most consistent rappers out. Seriously quotable and funny at all times. This is one of his more low-key songs to date, but still has that trademark BR energy.
