Can you explain the au I can't andrstand

I understand that anyone won't understand this AU since it's a nonlinear structure type of writing and it might get confusing for others:'))

So basically, Angel Dust becomes Overlord as he 💀 Valentino, then meets the Gambling Overlord Husk in the casino. Both went on a date, but it went into an unexpected negotiation because Husk's contractors disappeared due to Angel Dust killing spree and Husk offered Angel to work with him (an excuse) so the Vees wouldn't touch him. Angel Dust offers that, in return for forming an alliance with him, Husk will have to date him.

(Angel Dust has memory loss due to severe depression, stress, and traumatic events -> this is based on psychological effects or any factors that lead him to forget a lot of things -> which can also be a form of defense mechanism or coping mechanism to protect himself from remembering a lot of events to prevent getting hurt.)

As Angel Dust remembered some of his memories, he sought to find everything out, -> led to coincidentally meeting Alastor, who seemed to have knowledge about himself (we still haven't gotten into that chapter or part of their history together). Alastor was destroying or getting all of the Overlords back then, so he basically went after Husk. After the Blackjack game, Alastor tried to provoke Angel Dust, and they ended up having a small conversation about who's Angel Dust really and where he came from. Alastor suggested to go to the Mafia District and he'll find what he's been looking for.

(Btw, Husk knew everything about Angel Dust since they used to have a relationship in the past; this is not a spoiler; it's already obvious from the way he hesitates and acts XD)

Just make a comment again about which part you don't understand because Chapter 1–10 is the present timeline, and Chapter 11–??? (above) is the past timeline, which is that it was around 1970 when Angel Dust, or, let's call him Anthony, met Henry (Husk) in the Mafia District.

I know it's kind of confusing because this has action scenes and a really messy type of writing 😅

wanted to draw Angel scared, cause it very rarely happens xD Like all of the other demons, when truly scared Angel reverts back into a more primitive/creature-like state of behavior, also more of their form morphs and such (the eyes appear ect.). I’m having a lot of fun drawing creatures today <3

I took a few days to just chill, not draw, but tonight finally did some random doodlin’ of the Demon Misfit Gang characters. Cause I love their dysfunctional family dynamic.

It’s pretty safe by this point to say. This is NOT going to be my thesis film, so might as well post the crap I did for it.

I realized this film is just to complex and too demanding for my current level of animation, and while it woulda been a very fun/interesting film, I have to shelf it for when my skills are able to tackle it. Also I’m very picky on the voices for these characters, so that became another issue I realized early on, not being able to find a suitable VA.

Seein’ these sketches still makes me twitch wanting to do it though gvbhjnm.

so yeah. This film was too be titled “The Spider Brothers”

and I’ll prolly do it one day in future. ONE DAY.

So I was doing a thing… a complex thing… and had it inked, but then my computer yelled at me about memory and black screened, and when I restarted it literally had not saved ANY of the ink, and I just couldn’t handle attempting to re-ink all that I had done over again so…. I drew something silly instead.

Angel has a weird love of strange fish, but he is HORRIBLE at taking care of them.

This will always remind me of how Angel is haha

Another thing for Film Noir class. I call it ‘how many visual noir elements can I fit into one image’.

This was really fun to do, I haven’t done actual artworks in a while, or anything with pr-established characters <3
