I've been really quite lately... That's because I really don't have anything to say at this time. I shared my first Success Tip on March 7, 2018. Sharing my thoughts through content everyday for a year has brought me so much value. So many opportunities have come my way on the back of my content. I'm at a point where I am so focused on capitalizing on those opportunities that I find it extremely hard to figure out something say. I just want to do. Putting out consistent content is the new gateway into any career or business you desire. This is a text convo I had with a friend yesterday: Friend: You have to teach me how to properly leverage LinkedIn, (granted I have certain restrictions placed on me by my job) but I'll use what I can from your advice. Me: Sure. Simply post consistent content that adds value to your followers and shows that you're an expert in that topic. Have conversations with the people that engage with your content and build long term relationships without trying to sell. Some will convert in the short term but the true value is in the brand you build over the long term. I posted business advice every single day for months before I started to really gain traction. It's not easy, but if you create a schedule that you can commit to it's doable by anyone. And it works for all platforms, right now my IG is actually bringing more clients for me then LinkedIn. -------- What are you waiting on? Start posting content today! If you put time and energy into helping others grow, you grow exponentially. By helping others grow you are doing a good dead that you see benefits from as well. If you are helping someone else grow they become a stronger member of your network and that alone can have a significant impact on your success. You are also strengthening the relationship between you and the person you helped. The only catch is to do this without any expectations of a return. If you help others simply for the sake of your own benefit you will be wasting your time. Through posting content the relationships I've built through the exchange of helping each other has been phenomenal. It has led to so many opportunities with this month being my best month yet, with 6 speaking engagements, 4 new Startup clients, a book release, and many new partnerships.
