it is the windiest of days and today we shall visit family

#we're having a fancy lunch so this is a very LIGHT edition of..m #partridge family breakfast!! #(<- tag for when i talk about food. in case you're new and want to block it !!) #todays breakfast was commenced with a bowl of rich creamy tart yoghurt topped with raspberry compot and honey #on top of that went fresh banana. raspberries (dreadful this time of year but what can you do) and honey nut granola #added to this was a SMOOTHIE. i hate banana in smoothie bc texture but i love the flavour so. banoffee protein powder #alongside (and bear with me here) frozen mango. honey. tiny bit of almond milk #it sounds absurd but i swear it's delicious #and that's all thank you so much for coming i hope your morning was beautiful!!!! #give a friend or relative a call today...maybe even make a plan to grab breakfast if you can...i love you!
