I seem to get the most traction here than on Twitter for some things (though now that I mentioned it, I may have jinxed myself lmao), so let me try something (also I legit can't remember if I've brought this up here before, but whatever):

Earlier this year, I listened to Tifa VA Britt Baron's natural voice and singer Christina Perri's speaking voice back to back, and I thought they sounded somewhat similar. Since then, I've hyperfixated on the idea of Christina Perri being Tifa's singing voice because her music style suits Tifa imo.

In case you didn't know, Christina Perri might be best known for songs like "Jar of Hearts", "Human", and "A Thousand Years" from the Twilight Saga. Also, she happens to be of Italian descent, much like both of Tifa's English VAs, so why not give her yet another excuse to be part Italian? 💀

Anyway, I realize that Christina actually being cast as Tifa's singing voice is next to impossible, but just let me have this, okay? Let me imagine Tifa singing Christina Perri songs. Let me imagine Tifa being the kind of mother that would make lullaby albums for her kids, and let me imagine Tifa singing Christmas songs since Ever Crisis confirmed that Christmas exists in the world of FF7. And hell, let me imagine Tifa having several tattoos since Ever Crisis also somewhat confirmed that she'd be a tattoo girl 🤣

9:56 p.m. at Troops' Hotsprings, Dedede's Hotline Tub........

Daisy: (Sighs Relaxingly While Sitting Next to Luigi on Their Side of the Hot Tub) This is the life~

Luigi: You said it~ I don't think I remember the last time I've been to a hot tub this nice and relaxing before....

Cloud: (Relaxing Next to Tifa on Their Side of the Tube) Same here. De actually did a pretty good job around this place. (Starts Rolling his Eyes a Little) Still wish this wasn't crazy expensive though......

Tifa: (Starts Resting her Head on Cloud's Shoulder) Yeah. But at least we had enough to pay for the full experience, right? So let's enjoy it while we can, bene?~

Daisy: (Raised an Eyebrow in Confusion) Ben what now?

Luigi: Bene. It means Okay in Italian.

Tifa: Exactly. Ooh! (Gets Up From Cloud's Shoulder with a Bright, Excited Look on her Face) Speaking of which, I looked up my family's history earlier today and it turns out that I'm a quarter Italian!~

Daisy: (Smiles Brightly) Yoooo.... That's sooo cool, Tif!~

Luigi: (Smiles Brightly as Well) Yeah. Congratulations!

Tifa: Thanks~ My great great great grandfather was a resident in Italy ever since he was born. Not much was really known about him other than being a fan of Di Vinci's works and the large beard. Which reminds me.....Do you guys think I would look good in a fake mustache?

Cloud: That depends. What kind style you wanna wear?

Tifa: Mario and Luigi's. (Smiles Sheepishly While Rubbing the Back of her Head Back and Forth) I kinda wanna know what it feels like to be one of the Mario Bros.

Luigi: (Chuckles Lightly) I'd say you would be a great candidate already. You are a pretty strong lady after all.

Daisy: The Strongest!~

Cloud: (Smirks a Bit Teasingly at his Girlfriend) It's one of many reasons why I fell for you.

Tifa: (Giggles Softly While Blushing) Guys, come on!~ You're already making me blush enough as it is. But just imagine....Tifa Lockhart Mario.....that kinda has a nice ring to it, right?

Cloud: (Raised an Eyebrow) You do know that's Mario's name, right?

Tifa: (Simply Nodded) I do. It's his first and last name.

Cloud: (Eyes Widened in Genuine Surprise) Wait. Seriously?

Luigi: Yeah, it's true. Our full names are Mario Mario and Luigi Mario. Thus the name Mario Bros was born.

Daisy: You really didn't know all of that, Cloud?

Cloud: Not until now....(Turns to Luigi) Does it ever weirded you out that your last name is the same as your brother's name?

Luigi: (Shrugs) Eh. It did at first, but I already gotten over that a long time ago. It helps that the name manages to gain us a cult following for years now, so it's not too bad.

Cloud: That is true. And here I thought people calling guys that just because Mario's popular. Which reminds me, Luigi?

Luigi: Hm?

Cloud: Does it.....ever bothered you that people think little of you? Like how they kept seeing you as just a Sidekick or Player Number Two or whatever?

Luigi: ('Sigh Heavily') Ohhh trust me, Cloud, it has been a complete pain in my back over the years.....It doesn't the fact that I've been treated like a doormat in all the adventures bro and I been through together. But now that I have you guys in my life, I.... (Smiles Softly) started to appreciate myself and my accomplishments a lot more than I thought I would.

Daisy: (Pulls Luigi into a Loving Hug) As you should. You're a lot more than people give you credit for, sweetie. (Starts Kissing Luigi on the Cheek)

Cloud: She's right, you know? You're kind, tactical, and can be brave how dire the situation gets.

Tifa: (Smiles Softly) And even when think the worse of you, you still do your best to prove your worth as a hero. That alone worth all the praise and recognition you deserve.

Luigi: (Smiles Softly) And that's all the more reasons why I'm thankful for having you all in my life. Thank you.

??????: Shiiiit. I could've told you all of that and than some, boi.

The gang turn their heads to see none other than.....

Everyone: Dedede!

Daisy: It's about time you finally showed up! Where have you been?

Dedede: (Sighs While Rubbing the Back of his Head Back & Forth) Yeahhhh.....Sorry for not getting here sooner. (Starts Scratching his Body a Little) Had to finish a shit ton of paperwork in my office. (Makes his Way to the Tub) The stack looks like the top of Snow Land's Mountains. (Sighs While Relaxing in the Tub) Now I can finally enjoy my R&R in peace.....

Dedede takes off his red hat, revealing a blue, mane like hair, as he starts shaking his head back and forth for a brief second before continuing his relaxation. All while everyone else is completely dumbfounded by the mere sight of the king's blue mane.

Dedede: (Notices Everyone's Staring at Him) .....What?

Cloud: Dude........you have a mane this entire time?

Daisy: OR HAIR TO BEGIN WITH!!!?

Dedede: Yeah. (Flips the Front if his Hair Forward) I have this hair ever since I was a kid. It was a big, puffy afro at first...(Smirks While Pointing at his Mane) But I managed to get this bad boy transformed into a mane years later. (Chuckles Lightly) Money worth spent if you ask me.

Luigi: That's really great and all, your majesty, but.....how come you never shown it off that often?

Dedede: (Shrugs) Eh. It kept getting in my way and junk. Like every time I take my hat off and it breathe, the wind always flew it back to my face. It gets annoying after a while, but....(Shrugs Again) It's whateva' at this point.

Daisy: (Smiles Brightly) I could always cut it out for you if you want~

Dedede: Nah. I'll pass. Love it too much to let it go.

Tifa: Then how about we try braiding it sometime? It prevent itself from hitting you face.

Daisy: (Puts on a Confident Smirk on her Face) Annnd you could be a hit with the ladies if you wanna show it off~

Dedede: (Puts his Hand on his Chin While Thinking) Hmmmmm..... Recommendation seems promising..... Alright. I'll take you up on that offer. (Immediately Glares at the Girls While Pointing at Them) But y'all BETTER not make it too girly!

Daisy: (Gives Dedede a Deadpinned Look on her Face) Relax, De. We're not gonna turn you into a princess or whatever.

Tifa: (Smiles Sheepishly) We just want to make you look more presentable is all.

Cloud: And we'll probably poke fun at you if it turns out ba-

Daisy/Tifa: Cloud!

Luigi: ('Sigh') What Cloud meant to say here is that we'll like and appreciate whatever style the ladies come up with. Isn't that right, Cloud?

Cloud: Well.....

Tifa: (Gives Cloud a Annoyed (Cute) Pouty Look on her Face While Making Angry Girlfriend Noises)

Cloud: (Places Two of his Hands in front of Him in Defense While Smiling Sheepishly) Alright. Alright. Fine. I'm done kidding around this time. (Turns to Dedede) What they said, De.

Dedede: ('Sigh') Alright. I'll take y'all's word for it for now. (Points at The Spikey Haired Boy) You better not make fun of me for it, Cloudy Boi.
