okay i need to rant about work

#so we get a training hour each week which we can use to have a zoom call with the managers or work on our own stuff #so i had some questions which got answered then they were like 'oh how's the work queue you've been on going' #and i was like terribly no ones touched ophthalmology this month and im really shit atit #and then one of them was like 'yeah and i know all the respiratory and gastro ones arent quick ones and tweedledee and tweedledum wont touch #them because they're over 2 days long' and its infuriating that we all know thats what they're doing #and that they're leaving the 'hard' stuff to people like me who are essentially doing them a favour #but nothing can be done because anytime they get called out on it they go crying to HR #i do more in an hour than these people do in a day!!!!!!!!! #and thats with doing these longer stays #so it looks like tomorrow im fucking ophthalmology up because no one else is gonna fucking do it and its deadline tomorrow #AND ALSO #i have now been working for the nhs for 5 years (yikes im getting old) so my annual leave entitlement should go up #did health rostering put it up??? nope #i looked today and i was like uhm... where are my 2 extra days #so my manager is harassing them #anyway! at least its a long weekend this week thank fuck #stacey speaks
