i forget i'm chronically ill all the time until (random bowel problem that no normal human has) (random gas problem that no normal human has) (random sensation of my ovaries being torn out through my stomach) (random extraintestinal ibs fatigue that makes me not do anything)

#actuallyibs #i don't know what the weird period symptoms are though #the diagnosis is practically inconclusive because (thing i don't want to get into) and my ovaries (aside from a slightly enlarged one) #and uterus are normal and supposedly i don't have any endometrial tissue in any inappropriate places #but i have these random endometriosis like symptoms even OFF my period whenever i have weird hormonal issues #my gyno's suggested it's a pelvic floor thing but that doesn't sound completely right because it also effects my INTERNAL organs #so i swear it's some weird cafab intersex thing i've never heard of but my genitalia and chromosomes afaik are normal for perisex afab ppl #my hormones if i remember are weird but i'm LITERALLY on progesterone to treat this problem #which suggests i've had high testosterone and symptoms of it for a while but i don't have pcos is the thing #i don't know WHAT'S wrong with me at all
