"La Familia Madrigal! Welcome!" Senor L/N welcomed the family with open arms as they entered their courtyard at home.
What's the occasion? It was the 20th birthday of the eldest son in the family! He didn't want a grand event, but his sibling, Y/N insisted on it, saying that a transition from being a teen to an adult is as important as they think it should be.
Y/N along with their parents decided to prepare a grand (but not Madrigal grand) type of party at their smaller but still spacious house and the magical family was invited, of course. They were the ones that took care of the Encanto and it was a given that they'd be part of the celebration, too.
After hearing the voices of the Madrigals, Y/N immediately dashed out the door to welcome them. "I'm glad you guys made it! Welcome to mi casa that's surprisingly clean for the first time!" Y/N's father only scoffed at their playful teasing.
Mirabel laughed at the two. "You really outdid yourself on this Y/N, you have a knack for party planning."
"Well, I've learned from the best! Now come! I'll show you guys to the rest of mi familia!"

"This is by far the second best party I've been in, no offense to Y/N but nothing ever beats a Madrigal party." Isabela commented, glancing at the decorations while she sat in a table reserved for her family.
"For a family that doesn't have magic, this could be the best. I mean they did this without our help and its this grand and colorful already." Mirabel said in response, taking a sip of apple juice from a champagne tulip glass.
Isabela thought in turn, "True, I heard Y/N planned most of it. Dolores said they haven't slept since yesterday." Her curly haired sister nodded in response. "I kinda feel bad, but it's still worth it. Feels nice for our family to not be the focus of a grand celebration once in a while."
Isabela scoffed. "Tell me about it, I can finally enjoy a party without having to dance around people and putting flowers on their heads."
Hearing footsteps approaching them, a boy in a yellow ruana suddenly barged in to their conversation and sat in an empty seat beside Mirabel. "Guys, have you tried their bocadillo con queso? This shit bangs." Camilo said as he held out the treat in front of their faces.
"Yeah! Y/N made it using mami's recipe." Mirabel responded, stealing part of Camilo's portion.
"THATS MINE! Get your own plate, Mira!" But it was too late, Mirabel already took a bite of the snack, leading Camilo to sulk.
Isabela laughed at the chaotic duo in front of her. "Camilo can't you just get another plate full of those? Be a gentleman for once"
"I am a gentleman!" Isabela rolled her eyes at his response. Camilo continued "Okay fine I'll get another plate, but it's only for me, you can have the rest of these."
He stood up from the table, shapeshifting into Y/N's little sister, Sara.
"Really? Out of all the people you can shift to, its the 4 year old sister?"
Camilo grunted, still in Sara's form. "Hey! Cuteness always gets the advantage! And plus, she isn't here so its not suspicious." He stuck out his tongue as he walked away to approach the buffet table.

Approaching the buffet table, Camilo tugged at the catering chef's apron, realizing that he couldn't reach the food at his height. Mimicking the little girl's voice, he asked "Can I have more bocadillo con queso, pleaseee?" Not forgetting to show puppy eyes and pouting for the staff.
The man in turn, smiled at the 'kid', not realizing that it was the shapeshifter in town. "Ay, anything for you niñita. Hold on". He grabbed a plate and then proceeded to take the delicious snacks while 'Sara' stands there waiting.
"Hermana! I haven't seen you all night!" Oh shit.
'Sara' glanced at the right and saw Y/N approaching 'her'. Trying to flee in panic, 'Sara' tried to run only for Y/N's taller stature to catch and scoop the 'little girl' in their arms.
Camilo, still in 'Sara's' form took a glance at their table, seeing Mirabel and Isabela hold back their laughs at the sight. He took a small inch of a second to glare at them before looking back at Y/N who was way too close to his face right now.
"Trying to run from me again huh? Now you can't escape!" Y/N, oblivious to the situation, started peppering kisses on the 'little girl's face. Camilo who was still in the child's form was frozen, not being able to shapeshift back to the Camilo Madrigal because well, they were carrying him and the shift of weight would lead to a fatal accident.
Y/N was obviously affectionate to their little sister, so kissing and hugging her was not a big deal. The only thing, was that it wasn't actually their 'sister'.
The shapeshifter however was in a flustered mess.
Suddenly, Y/N felt a pat in their leg. Looking down, they glanced at their real sister.
"Y/N, Can you help find mami for m-?" The real Sara said, but paused at the sight of another 'her' in Y/N's arms.
"Sara?!" Y/N finally realized, looking back and forth at the identical girls around them.
The fake Sara then was seen trembling in front of them, still frozen and stunned. "If there's two Saras, and the real one is beside me..." 'Sara' then gave a mischievous but nervous smile,
"CAMILO?!" Dropping him in an instant, Camilo shifted back to himself after landing on the ground with his butt. To which, he yelped in response.
The real Sara was found laughing at the sight. Y/N only looked at him in disbelief while yelling "What were you doing?!?!"
The curly-haired boy finally stood up. "I just wanted to get more food and here you came kissing me!"
"You shifted into my sister! How was I supposed to know?"
Camilo turned silent as his hand reached up the back of his neck. "I guess its kinda my fault.- Uhm, I gotta go, bye!" Glancing back at his now filled plate, he just immediately grabbed it and ran to his table.
Y/N was a flustered mess, mind blank but their heart was pacing fast. Sara held their hand and pulled them down to whisper "You just kissed your crush!". The older one, put a hand on the little girls mouth. "Shush! Don't say it or I won't help you. Now lets go".
Both the siblings turned away from the buffet table, walking away to the other side. One was a giggling mess while the other had an actual mess, chaos, and war in their head.

"So, how'd your master plan go?" Isabela asked, trying to hold back her laugh.
"SHUT UP! At least I have my damn food right now." Camilo sulked as he sat down, hastily shoving food in his mouth in embarrassment.
"Yeah, and he said cuteness always gets the advantage." Isabela said in response, nudging Mirabel who was bursting with laugher.
“I mean, he did get an advantage, it’s not everyday your crush gets to lift and kiss you all over at a par-” Mirabel was interrupted by Camilo throwing a napkin in her face. “I SAID SHUT UP” He cried, while Isabela’s laugh got louder.
"By the way, Camilo" He looked up, looking at his cousins.
"What is it now Isa?"
"There's lipstick ALL over your face."

NOTE TO SELF: The lunch portion made me feel less guilty about returning to a queso-covered indulgence. La Hacienda has better beans than Senor Tequila, but otherwise doesn't rate as highly.

VRAC Quesos Entrepinares y SilverStorm Salvador ya tienen rivales en las semis de la Copa del Rey
VRAC Quesos Entrepinares-UE Santboiana y Barcelona-SilverStorm El Salvador serán las semifinales de la Copa del Rey, que se disputarán a partido único el próximo 28 de enero, según el sorteo celebrado este jueves en la sede de la Federación Española de Rugby.
Por tercera vez, se verán las caras Quesos y Santboiana, que se midieron en octubre en la Supercopa, con triunfo pucelano por 46-23, marcador parecido al 49-32 que se registró en noviembre en la Liga, también en el Pepe Rojo.
El Quesos Entrepinares eliminó en este torneo copero en la fase de grupos al Bizkaia Gernika y al Complutense Cisneros, y el cuadro catalán, vigente campeón copero, al Ampo Ordizia y al Getxo Artea.
El Barcelona recibirá al SilverStorm El Salvador, que ganó en la Liga el pasado 5 de noviembre en el feudo azulgrana por 15-31.
El cuadro catalán dejó en el camino copero al Hernani y al Senor Independiente y el vallisoletano a La Vila y al Sanitas Alcobendas Rugby.

El primer clasificado de la Liga Heineken, VRAC Quesos Entrepinares, se examinará este domingo de su liderato en Altamira ante un pujante Ampo Ordizia, inmerso en una racha de tres victorias consecutivas que le ha aupado a la cuarta plaza y le ha metido de lleno en la lucha por liderar el segundo escalón de la competición. Ese que forman los guipuzcoanos junto a Senor y Barça.
Con El Salvador y Alcobendas recibiendo las aseuqibles visitas de Hernani y La Vila, los de Diego Merino deberán emplearse a fondo si quieren vencer y sumar algún bonus para mantener la distancia con sus perseguidores, que en el caso del Chami abrirá la jornada en el primer adelantado del sábado (16:30) y en el caso del equipo madrileño la cerrará el domingo (12:30, a la vez que el Ordizia-VRAC). Ambos buscarán aprovechar un hipotético pinchazo del Quesos para asaltar el liderato.
Antes, a las 12:00 del domingo, dará comienzo el primer derbi catalán de la temporada. Santboiana y Barça, los dos únicos equipos que hasta la fecha se han clasificado para las semifinales de la Copa del Rey (lo hicieron ganando a Ordizia y Getxo y a Hernani y Senor, respectivamente, en sus partidos de Liga), se encontrarán en el Baldiri Aleu de Sant Boi. El Barça es sexto y la Santboiana, que se recupera jornada a jornada de un mal inicio, séptima, por lo que el partido se adivina importante de cara a la lucha por estar en puestos de play-off al final de la temporada regular.
Apretados serán también el Senor-Gernika, que se disputa también el domingo a las 12:00, y el Getxo-Cisneros. El primero porque mide también a dos equipos de mitad de tabla que luchan por estar en la postemporada; el segundo, porque se presenta como clavo ardiendo al que deben aferrarse ambos equipos para salir de una situación clasificatoria desagradable, en la que Getxo es farolillo rojo de la Liga y aún no conoce la victoria y Cisneros se encuentra bastante por debajo de sus aspiraciones al principio de la temporada. Mucho en juego en la octava jornada de la Heineken.

El SilverStorm El Salvador vence a lo grande al Sanitas Alcobendas
Sufrimiento e incertidumbre, en un partido de los que hacen afición. Ese sería el resumen del encuentro disputado esta mañana en los campos de Pepe Rojo entre SilverStorm El Salvador y Sanitas Alcobendas si hubiese que hacerlo con una sola frase, con enorme tensión y mucho rugby de quilates por parte de ambas escuadras.
A nadie sorprenderá que afirmemos que tanto Juan Carlos Pérez como Tiki Inchausti son dos estudiosos del rugby, con lo que ambos equipos tenían perfectamente estudiado al rival antes de saltar al verde vallisoletano. Así se demostró durante los 80 minutos, con absoluta garra y entrega por parte de los 30 protagonistas, que sabían que se jugaban mucho más que un encuentro de la Liga Heineken.
Porque el pase para las semifinales de la Copa de SM el Rey estaba en juego, y con esa premisa comenzaba el encuentro. La primera ocasión llegaba en el minuto 5, con un golpe de castigo a favor de SilverStorm El Salvador que Hansie Graaff pasaba desde cerca de 40 metros para inaugurar el electrónico.
Los primeros 15 minutos de encuentro fueron de completa superioridad colegial, dominando en ataque y mostrando una defensa férrea que frenaba todos los intentos madrileños. Fruto de este dominio llegaba la primera marca vallisoletana, obra de Alberto Díaz en el minuto 15 tras una gran carrera del ala acompañando un ataque lanzado por Graaff, que no fallaba con los dos extra para el 10-0.
Pero si alguien pensaba que Sanitas Alcobendas se iba a rendir por verse en inferioridad en el marcador estaba muy equivocado. Los de Inchausti se acercaron en el marcador gracias a dos golpes de Linklater en los minutos 21 y 24, poniendo un 10-6 en el marcador que llevaba una cierta incertidumbre, coincidiendo además con los mejores momentos madrileños.
Pero el rugby no es un juego en absoluto previsible, y estos minutos de calidad de los granates se cortaron en seco con una intercepción en campo propio de un rapidísimo Leli Kacilala, que se marchó solo para internarse en la zona de marca y poner el segundo ensayo de SilverStorm El Salvador en el minuto 29, situando el marcador en 17-6 en ese momento.
Llegarían antes del descanso 3 puntos más para los visitantes cuando el primer tiempo estaba a punto de expirar gracias a un brillante drop de Bradley Linklater desde larga distancia, situando el electrónico en 17-9.
Tanteo entre ambos conjuntos en los primeros minutos del segundo tiempo, con constantes ataques por parte de unos y otros, mostrándose las zagas muy fuertes, especialmente por parte de un SilverStorm El Salvador que armó una auténtica muralla en las inmediaciones de la línea de ensayo. Muralla que sólo tuvo una grieta en el minuto 55, cuando Linklater llegaba junto al banderín para anotar in extremis un ensayo que él mismo pasaba para el 17-16.
La réplica por parte de SilverStorm El Salvador llegó sólo 3 minutos más tarde, gracias a una buena jugada colectiva que definió Christian Rust, que firmó una actuación sobresaliente en el encuentro de hoy, con una buena carrera. Su compatriota Graaff no fallaba con la mira telescópica para dar oxígeno con el 24-16 que campeaba en el marcador en el minuto 60.
Quedaba por tanto un partido de 20 minutos de duración, en el que era Sanitas Alcobendas el que golpeaba primero, gracias a una acción colectiva en el flanco izquierdo del ataque que acababa en ensayo de Arturo Íñiguez junto al banderín. Tampoco fallaba Linklater con su preciso pie, poniendo un ajustadísimo 24-23 en el marcador en el minuto 67.
SilverStorm El Salvador sabía que era fundamental conseguir un nuevo ensayo que le diese margen para conseguir la victoria, y que además supondría el punto bonus para los blanquinegros. Tras una larguísima jugada de ataque, en la que fase a fase la delantera ganó metros, llegó un pase al ala izquierda, que Gonzalo Núñez convertía en ensayo en el minuto 75, aunque esta vez no llegaban los dos extra. 29-23 con 5 minutos para el final.
Locura lo que vendría en los minutos finales, con ambos equipos desbocados en busca del triunfo. Golpearía de forma que parecía definitiva SilverStorm El Salvador con una genialidad en forma de drop de Graaff, que pasaba el oval cuando se alcanzaba prácticamente el 80 de partido para poner un 32-23 que parecía definitivo.
Pero no lo era, porque en una jugada a tumba abierta era Sanitas Alcobendas quien asestaba el siguiente golpe al marcador, con un ensayo de Mauricio Londoño conseguido a base de fuerza, para poner el 32-28 con 3 minutos sobre el tiempo. Aún no se acababa el encuentro con esta anotación, y SilverStorm El Salvador encadenó otro ataque que se instaló a apenas 5 metros de la zona de marca madrileña, pero que no acabaría fructificando.
SilverStorm El Salvador conseguía así una victoria que le otorga el pase a las semifinales de la LXXXV edición de la Copa de SM el Rey, en las que el sorteo le deparará rival entre VRAC Quesos Entrepinares, UE Santboiana y FC Barcelona.
Tras el encuentro, Juan Carlos Pérez admitió estar “muy contento por la victoria y por la clasificación, aunque ahora hay que aparcar la Copa, y centrarnos en el complicado encuentro que tenemos el próximo fin de semana en Santander contra Senor Independiente”. El técnico vallisoletano admitió que “quizá tendríamos que haber sacado más renta en los primeros 50 minutos, pero estoy muy contento con el trabajo del equipo. Cada vez vamos mejorando un poco más y siendo el equipo maduro y compacto que queremos ser”.
