wait i just realized they designed a whole ass sonic just for fourteen to use it in 3 episodes???

they couldn't have just used thirteen's that was made with love and show some amount of continuity? the sonic that was made from scratch on the fly and showed that no matter what happens, the doctor is still the doctor???

nothing even happened to the sonic??? is the excuse that it was in thirteen's clothes so fourteen lost it???

was it thirteen erasure or did they just want to sell another sonic? probably both
