banana bread recipe recommendation? 👀 with unhinged substitutions? (the best way to do quickbread recipes imho 🍞🌟)

okay it’s this recipe: oatmeal banana bread!

the substitutions

white flour instead of whole wheat: i don’t think this made any difference so do whatever

pumpkin pie spice instead of cinnamon: tasty! i used extra cause i like spices and my cinnamon is kinda old

instead of 1/4 cup milk i used 2 tbsp cream and an extra 2 tbsp melted butter: not sure i recommend cause it’s a little oily now but it did technically work and it does still taste good

not a substitution but i used maple syrup rather than honey so i can’t comment on the flavor profile with honey. delicious with the maple tho
