#im just using tags to rant about lower decks bc i admit it watched it #but i hate it because its so well written and then theres like a bunch of bawdy humor #like they couldn't decide it they wanted to be one of those Adult humor shows or an actual show #when it does so good at being an actual show #but i cant watch it bc the other stuff #but add to that my rage right now at the relationship they made up for beckett #because she had a lot of chemistry with both boimler and ranson and they were building it up #and my thoughts on sexuality aside giving her a girlfriend out of a character we barely see and who has no chemistry with her #especially when everyone else who has a relationship it gets cut short like is supposed to happen in star trek #so it doesn't feel natural and im like i know you can writer better chemistry and relationships than that because you have #anyway so I want so bad to know what happens and to watch it but i cant and have to admit its probably not good for my soul anyway #oopse this wasn't suposed to be an essay
