#p #um. hello low empathy community #it's been bothering me for a while that im not very good at like. picking the right course of action when someone is upset? #and it doesnt bother me very much either which i only recently realized might be concerning. #like when someone cries in my vicinity i dont feel sad i just feel a sense of duty to alleviate their sadness? or to calm them down #oh oh and like brain-wise if we're talking face to face especially with a group of ppl i can consciously gauge everyones mood #but only if im paying close attention. like it takes a huge effort. #and i can logically understand why someone would feel upset but i don't feel it in me personally yknow? #ooh god damn. it;s so much harder by text especially if the other person is playing some kind of mind game man it's so hard.. #ugh this is all so hard. why #im very good at mirroring though lol that saves me most of the time
