#my ideal was FGN but i don't really have a unique niche that i need an LPC to fill so i couldn't justify that kinda money #so i went with a chinese burny cause i like burny and i liked the aesthetics like the rosewood board being dark enough to pass for ebony #and the cool inlay cause like if you can't copy the split diamond directly might as well have fun with it :> #tbh japan is perfect for it cause all the “lawsuit era” makers still produce their own versions plus some newer ones :> #tbh if someone used a gold hardware esp/ltd/e-ii eclipse thatd be cool as hell a truly bold choice #obviously the ideal is to shell out a hundred grand american for an original 1960 and then do the switch mod
