no but genuinely this scene in chapter 31 breaks my heart because kur.o has spent his life avoiding everything to the point no one felt that he was listening to them. that, by running away from all of his problems, he didnt hold the same amount of regret and remorse as they did for such events occurring, even if they were by his own hand. these thoughts are a constant, have been one for over 200 years - but he still would not, and could not show it to anyone without the forceful push that mahi.ru’s held all the way towards here.
