A few months after Kaveh buys a new shampoo or hair cream, Al Haitham starts picking it up every time he showers. He always pays attention to how heavy it is, trying to track exactly when it's gonna be finished so Kaveh has to go get more.

He tracks it because he wants to be the one to suggest it. He wants to go to the stall with him, check out the options, smell the ones Kaveh likes best and help him pick. He wants to wash Kaveh's hair by himself, carefully detangle and comb the strands, help massage the product in while Kaveh can just relax.

Al Haitham doing this to crack Kaveh's back after he fell asleep on the desk

Kaveh being like "I do NOT trust this you're going to break me" at first but then it's actually so good and useful it turns out he asks for it every time he feels a slight discomfort.

Additionally: Them waiting for their morning coffee to be done while Haitham cracks Kaveh's knuckles gently (Kaveh is eepy and keeps his eyes closed through it until he's had some coffee in his system)

Fashion designer Kaveh who wants to make clothes that prioritize people who aren't a priority in the fashion industry. Al Haitham who is the autistic model with sensory issues Kaveh has to take into account and work around.

Designing for his other models is fairly easier than it is for Al Haitham, mostly because of the fact that Al Haitham has to be present for every shopping trip. Every fabric has to be tested and approved, every add-on, and Al Haitham isn't easy to please in the slightest.

But seeing him comfortable and pleased is such an amazing sight that it makes Kaveh not mind it at all to have to bring him along every time.

Chronically ill Kaveh. Mehrak is basically a service/support animal except it's a mechanical seemingly sentient briefcase.

Mehrak carries his medicine inside, and has alarms to remind him to take them. It is also programmed to call Al Haitham (or anyone nearby, depending) if something happens to Kaveh.

It does the heavy work for him. Helps him lift things he knows his body alone wouldn't be able to take without exhaustion or strain. It cares for Kaveh, it stays beside him in his sleep, to give him his meds first thing in the morning. It stays, just in case Kaveh doesn't wake up when he's supposed to.

I really headcannon that Kaveh's hair is sort of a messy wavy thing, and very thick so it puffs up when it's short or when it dries wrong

His hair routine is usually pretty careful, applying some hydrating oils or hair cream before combing carefully and shaping it so it dries nicely

Having said that,

Headcannon that one day he's in kind of a rush and forgets to do that, so he's sitting at the table with Al Haitham, eating together, and Al Haitham can't stop staring at the lion in front of him

Modern AU Kavetham where Al Haitham accompanies Kaveh to places because he knows Kaveh won't take preferential stuff because he's always thinking "what if someone needs it more"

Haitham knows his partner has a good heart, he knows he means it with good intentions, but he just gets so annoyed that it makes Kaveh put himself last.

"That's a seat for disabled people, let's sit there", he says as he grabs Kaveh's arm and guides him there. Giving him no room to deny or pull away. Kaveh takes his 'suggestion' and relaxes for the rest of the time.
