found out recently that someone ive considered a years long mutual hasnt actually been following me anymore for maybe like a year or two and ive been too scared to unfollow them cause i dont really enjoy their content on my dash (too much negativity and current events) but i thought unfollowing would be insulting cause i thought they were a kinda close friend (i mean we havent talked in so long but also we were in a mutual fandom for so long and interacted constantly back then asndkanskd) so i feel like a fucking fool :’)

#night is an absolute mess on main #feels bad man #i mean i dont hold it against them for unfollowing me i know ive also strayed far FAR away from the original thing that brought us together #its just. ive been holding off from unfollowing cause i thought they'd hate me for it #im all in for curating your own experience online to what you think is the best but you know. it still kinda stings lol #at least unfollowing them after that didnt feel so bad and i feel like my dash is slightly less chaotic and anxious now but also. yeah #again not holding this against anyone that wants to unfollow me at any point even if we're friends #and im spewing whatever bullshit new interests i find around here. you can do that i respect your decision 100% #i just feel like a fool for thinking in this specific case it was a mutual feeling LOL
