you'd be hard pressed to find anything filipino related when it comes to japan but there's the sports anime Barangay 143 if that's your speed

there's also this short series on youtube Manila Memories that highlights the best parts of Manila, the philippine's capital

and just for good measure, Trese became the first international filipino anime in 2021. it's a singaporean-produced series based off of a supernatural and crime filipino graphic novel and is available through netflix
