i think being a star wars fan at this point is just a constant battle with anger but like. at the source of that anger is just this very passionate love and if we could just kick dave filoni out of the Disney's Special Screenwriter chair and get something new it would fix a lot.

Like no hate towards anyone who does enjoy his takes on star wars, more power to you I love the whimsy you have, but to me, personally, it's getting... repetitive? It's always the Filoni Formula, in that some insane force bullshittery is Real Now but also Look At These Cameos!!! And there's little fine-tuned focus on things that SHOULD be focused on. He's GREAT with 3-ep arcs like in TCW but longform shows are not the man's forte and it's, unfortunately, showing :(
