i feel like i was the only person on earth who immediately recognized mario 3d allstars was just the nvidia shield ports retooled for switch

#mario #yeah those existed #that's why we didn't get galaxy 2. they weren't making new ports just retooling what they had #they didn't have a general wii emulator but did have those specialized per- game packages for shield #“ports” they were emulators with a handful of native functions. but makes sense that they'd bring that to switch with related hardware #i wouldn't be surprised if switch's portable nvidia hardware made it much more compatible with the work they'd already done for shield #easy money #i wish they'd release the nsmb wii port then.....
