fun fact: lauriam uses a different personal pronoun in the japanese version of khux depending on who he is talking to

it’s an interesting aspect of his character that is unfortunately lost in translation.

he uses “boku” (ボク) when talking to elrena and the other union leaders

and he uses “ore” (俺) when talking to himself and strelitzia

because he uses “boku” in front of anyone that isn’t his family, to me it gives off the impression that he is someone who cares about appearances, as using “ore” can be interpreted as rude depending on who you are talking to.

paired with strelitzia referring to lauriam as “onii-sama”, it makes me wonder if maybe they had more of a posh upbringing.
