Amusement shines through Loki's eyes, a sly smirk making it's way across their features. It gives them a sense of power to know that Fandral believes that they might kill them in their sleep.

Loki is a trickster but would he really kill someone in their sleep? Sure, he has before, likely will again but unlike those he has - Fandral is a warrior, worthy of a warriors death. Not throat slit in his sleep like some kind of powerless human.

"If I wanted to kill you, Fandral, it would not be in your sleep nor would it be expected."
