#ffxiv #nidhogg #hi tumblr friends i needed to draw the other brother as well #the red dragon is specifically meant to be a very doodly blood dragon like fylgja #it's not her i just think she's neat #for context fylgja's a mount you get from grinding pvp and her lore text says she's descended from ratstoskr #i think it's fitting #moogles didn't make sense to put around mr hogg so it's dragons instead #it's my duty to add beans to every thing i draw that could feasibly have beans #for some reason i've always thought he was ourple #he's blue and red so purple isn't super far off lol #speaking of mounts i think the wyvern is one of my favourites because he's a little goofy #i just wish his mounting and dismounting noises weren't so loud #he's an old mount for sure (from 3.1) but his animations are a delight to watch #his ear fins wiggle from side to side when you walk on land #ffxiv's dragon biology is absolutely fascinating to me #all of them start out looking the same but can change and evolve as they grow #they're like big scaly eevees
