🦋 coming here to squeal and gush about sweetpea for the most part:

First of all, the timing when I read this couldn't be any more perfect. I'd just woken up from a difficult sleep then scrolled on my phone as usual, until I stumbled upon the sweetness of waking up with Inui's arms around reader.

The whole time I was just grinning ear to ear because of how much of a darling Inupi is from the moment he started covering reader's face in kisses but oh my god is he cheeky! Telling reader to look at him the whole time just made my heart drum 💕

Now *rubs my hands together* the angsty component: every time that gnawing fear of him leaving after a single night of happiness came about a part of me wanted to scream "he would NEVER do such a thing!! Get a grip dear!!" But alas, we've yet to see how he'd respond to the question "are you going to leave me?" And I can't help but wonder if perhaps this is out of the fear of past encounters reader has had, whereby the other person has just gotten up and left after one time 😭

But as much as I'm nervous about what might happen in part two I'm very excited and I must thank you for giving me a lovely start to my Sunday morning 💕

In digression, when you mentioned an "off to the races" kind of Hanma I thought this must be telepathy of some kind; for the first few times I listened to it while jogging all my mind could see was Hanma and my brain couldn't decide whether to run faster or just stop in my tracks and contemplate 🙃

How has your weekend been so far? I can safely say that all the cat hair has been purged from my carpet until he comes to sleep in my room again. Please go steady and look after yourself! Thank you again for the loveliness of sweetpea! 💕

Now, Seishu. How will he react I wonder? but I'm sure he'll be understanding - after all, he is no stranger to being abandoned (I'll be crying in the corner) I will not say more because I actually need to articulate my thoughts in the fic lol

I can just imagine a cartoonish screech to a halt and your jaw just dropping, because I reacted pretty much the same way with Off to the Races. There are other songs that give me such Hanma vibes and I'm so tempted to write a smol series based around that one song and a few other songs by the same artist, just a series of vignettes between reader and Hanma and their very horrible very passionate love story... sigh.. so many ideas... so little braincell..

My weekend has been very relaxed so far! I did the very silly thing of staying up to late on Saturday (I was reading manhwa) and now I feel very dishevelled x_x I've started most of the necessary chores and sent the partner out the house to get food that isn't pizza, so hopefully my Monday starts off with a full fridge and clean house

What's your week looking like? work? school? general contemplation of 2d men?

I've scheduled a series of writing sessions with my bestie, because both of us need to get some serious work done on our theses >_<
