Could Ollie be Boogie Bot?
I think this type of theory can't be too far off.
To start: Neither Boogie Bot or Ollie are shown with a active appearance within the game. We only know of Boogie Bot because of his Chapter 2 cutout. Ollie also doesn't have a active appearance physically but uses the phone to communicate with the Player.
And a confirmation:
Ollie is NOT Hoppy.

Hoppy has a more lighter green while Ollie has a dark, vibrant green. Like a neon green.
When I first saw this difference, I looked up what other toys that were green that could be acceptable as a candidate to being Ollie.
And that can be Boogie Bot.

Boogie Bot has that vibrant green as his main color palette, Ollie's color is similar to that.
And think about how Ollie is able to be trusted yet never showing what he looks like or even how he is able to give keys to the Player throughout Chapter 3.
Machinery. Robot work.
You couldn't say the Prototype is Ollie because 1: We don't have its official identity color for subtitles, 2: Poppy wouldn't even want to be in contact with the Prototype (yeah she could be double-crossing but she sounds genuine a bit about Kissy being attacked) nor trust it due to the factory massacre, and 3: Prototype could most likely be someone else like Elliot Ludwig.
Also, from the cutout, Boogie Bot says: "Am I a real boy?" It could mean that a child was used and inner conflicting with what they truly are.
My best guess is that Ollie was a successful child experiment Poppy knew about that was assigned to Boogie Bot and can now easily access to all machines and devices to be a guide for the Player.
