i'm glad you understand ^^ for what you said about people being problematic though, it's less that i fear you would be problematic & more that i'm just not very good at interacting with people. like, i'm mediocre at empathy (affective empathy especially, but also cognitive [a.k.a. "putting yourself in someone's shoes]) unless i'm arguing with someone & am trying to see a point from their perspective, so i worry a lot about coming off as insensitive or not giving someone a reaction that's "entertaining"/interesting enough to them. it's also partially because when i'm upset on my private account, i tend to start ranting on the feed & have a hard time watching my mouth to make sure i'm not overexaggerating in a way that would hurt someone's feelings, so that's why i wanna wait a bit before having someone follow /neu

i don't remember what theme my account had when we were talking, but i usually don't theme my accounts after luvcore? /nm two of my mutuals on quotev like luvcore, so i try my best to avoid it in case using it will make them feel like i'm copying them. however, i do use yancore sometimes (both on there & on my tumblr) to cope with my bpd symptoms & fear of abandonment /neu

oh, yeah. i do know that it's hard for people to feel empathy and they get scared of interacting (Me with emotional empathy...) because of it! so i completely udnerstand the feeling of not wanting to hurt people with your interactions

i feel like i should clarify what i mean by lovecore! i don't know how to explain, but i just call a bunch of different aesthetics "lovecore" because it's easier to just say it that way! tends to use blinkies, text, elements from the web, stickers, and usually have a cute-ish / pink theme to it. "pinkcore" or "cutecore" would more accurately describe it, but "lovecore" has generally just stuck with me. Also it's perfectly good to use yancore like that ^_^ but i hope ur troubles get better soon /gen
