also unlike the other names, 'Mirnatius' doesn't sound even vaguely eastern european to me. like, what is that, greek? it would make sense since his mother maybe isn't from the same area as the other characters, but it's not a name that's remarked upon as unusual, which strikes ME as odd

I haven't been this excited over a book in months #she went into a forest with a magic jewelry set!!!! thats so cool!!!! #now I just have to find one that doesn't enrage my commie side #doesn't bore or depress me. doesn't make me feel judgemental over its poor quality. etc. #this is a pretty good one but it remains to be seen how it goes #even tho this is technically ya it doesn't come off as immature which I think is more important to be than not being ya #I don't mind ya.
