Matchday! After 78 days, Manchester United are back in Premier League action this evening.
Our 2023-24 top-flight campaign starts with the visit of Wolverhampton Wanderers to Old Trafford.
It’s the moment we’ve been waiting all summer for and hopes are high as Erik ten Hag and his side look to build on a positive term in 2022-23. United finished third last season, securing a Champions League spot, and also won the Carabao Cup.
Summer signings Andre Onana and Mason Mount are set to make their competitive debuts. However, Rasmus Hojlund has been recovering from a minor injury, which is expected to delay his debut by a few weeks.
This game will give United players the chance to show what they have been working on during pre-season, having now played eight fixtures across five countries as a squad this summer.
Hopefully we can start the season with a good performance and three points. Come on United! 🔴

might have only had 3 hours of sleep after the match but you know what, i think i have come to terms with the match results. 🥺
i mean 7-0 is the most humiliating final score. it almost feels just like 2016-2017 man utd's worst season but we also need to take note of the fact that it has been back to back fixtures for the team. they were all literally being held together by the kinesiology tape. not to mention, they actually have been giving stellar performance this season.
still in the top 3 teams for prem league, winners of carabao cup, quarter finals for FA cup and the upcoming europa league match. we can't disregard all of these achievements.
onwards and upwards. we've got this and we'll return better than ever. GGMU! 🔥
(p.s. this is my reflection and my way of coping with the match so please don't send hate this way if you're a liverpool fan. we might be archrivals but i have always respected the team for their talent and class players too. hence, only interact if you have kind words to say. thank you!)

Matchday! Fresh from our Carabao Cup success, Manchester United look to continue the journey in the FA Cup, as the Reds host West Ham at Old Trafford this evening.
The busy fixture schedule means the celebrations will have barely settled before Erik ten Hag’s side have another match, but, rest assured, the Dutchman will be preparing his players diligently and ready for this next hurdle.
Ex-Reds manager David Moyes brings his team up north for a fifth-round clash under the lights at the Theatre of Dreams, pitting the Premier League sides against one another to determine who proceeds to the next stage.
Confidence will be sky-high in the Reds’ camp as they finally ended their almost six-year wait for a trophy on Sunday afternoon against Newcastle. West Ham, however, find themselves struggling for form and nervously teetering around the relegation trapdoor.
We should definitely beat West Ham in a comfortable margin. Let's do this. Come on United!
