The way Janeway shushes B'Elanna, the actual subject of this hugely undignified daydream, so that she doesn't miss any of it, and then squeezes in real close to hear better, is absolute gold.

There are things that Garret Wang and Robbie McNeill say on Delta Flyers that make me realize I'm glad they're not writers.
I don't think I've gotten over my outrage that Robbie thought 'Year of Hell' was 'meh' and that Tuvix hurt Janeway's character.
Mr Robbie, sir, your narrative instincts are... not great!
In the Trek Talks thing he went on to say:
McNeill: “Being science fiction, it’s made-up science, right?. The procedure that [The Doctor developed] is black and white. You have to kill Tuvix or you know do away with Neelix and Tuvok. But it’s made-up science. Could there have been a thing that doctor said like, ‘If you do this we’ll save some DNA. Maybe in the future I can come up with a way to bring Tuvix back. I don’t know, it’s such a black and white decision. It just… It hurt me with the captain.'”
Tim Russ, however, I agree with a lot:
Russ: “The captain’s responsibility is to her crew. That’s what the captain’s responsibility is. And she’s the only one on the ship that can make the decision. And he [Tuvix] cannot reproduce as a species… I believe that point is made [in the episode], there is no other of his kind… He’s an anomaly, whereas the crewpeople that he has replaced already have a family, we have lives.”
(Tim's narrative instincts, however, are good).
Also, listening to Garret and Robbie's season 8 Voyager ideas, they weren't interesting!
Speaking of Voyager season 8 -- realizing when season 8 would have happened, I realize that while I'm sad they ended, I'm glad it didn't go over because then the Braga and Berman would have to write their 9/11 feelings into Voyager and I don't want that.
TV Seasons immediately after 9/11 were terrible, so ultra-patriotic and jingoistic.
I might not be happy with Voyager's final season but it could have been worse.
