Marie Brennan and her Lady Trent books. A victorianesque setting but in a different world that has dragons. About a woman who loves dragons and wants to be a naturalist all about dragons.

And Genevieve Cogmans The Invisible Library books. A dimension travelling librarian who goes to alternate versions of earth to steal historically significant books to maintain a weird extradimensional library. Also contains Dragons and The Fae, books I find immensely fun.
