i believe the whole "beau broke is constantly being told to not end up like his brother despite the fact that dustin basically did over half the parenting" thing is probably not good for his mental health.

#brandi isn't QUITE the worst to me but the years after skip died she was an alcoholic/very in her grief #she also gets better over time but for the important part she was Gone. i love sibling tragedies #even if brandi was single mom who worked two jobs deal dustin is a good older brother to me so either way #the youngest broke sibling also got to be mostly raised by brandi after she got better. none of these kids were raised by the same parents #but dustin is still like. a criminal/general deliquent/dropout to me. so society wise he's a Bad Person tm
