I am tired, I want to sleep, but I don't want to go to sleep; today has been a shit day and I know I will break into tears as soon as I don't have distractions keeping me at bay

#morningcries #i don't want to think about these things right now I want this all to stop #I had way too many thoughts about self harm and suicide the last few hours and as soon as I spoke a bit about this stuff to my mother I #began tearing up and it'll get worse once I'm basically alone with those thoughts #crying myself to sleep might be a good way to fall asleep tho but it'd probably take a few hours; hours I cannot use for that
