think it's been awhile since i made an og post 💀 i've felt mostly just miserable today, i ate WAY over my l1m1t too. ramen, 2 peanut butter wafer bars, and some great value brand doritos for lunch. had a mountain dew livewire at work, leftover ziti from home, equate brand meal replacement shake for dinner. two brownies as a late-night snack. (and then rather stupidly brought a 3-pack of them home. 290 per brownie btw)
still debating whether to take it easy on myself because of the holidays (and then returning to my routine and then go harder on myself) or keep sticking to a 850/d@y limit and the 3xerc1s3s because of all the b1ng3s the past week and a half. (any advice helpful atp lmao)
also haven't w31ghed in in quite a while, and i don't think i'll update my cw till well after the 25th. with the way i've been 34ting, i'm probably gonna be 117 in the morning. i'm so embarrassed about it rn. i was gonna order a cute shirt/hot pants set from ebay (it's a vintage xs) because i was finally back at 113, but now i'm gonna order it so i have some motivation to workout and not eat like a fatass.
(anyways, maybe i should start dancing to my records? i'm serious. i have a lot of uptempo dance/electronic records, and if i wasn't so self-conscious about dancing alone in my room i could be l0sing a lot more w31ght.)
