#started this process in january. already paid. have not received even one sketch 😩 #the artist did mention things would be slow but i haven't even heard from them since early february #and that was just to say they'd been sick and send me an invoice #i fear!! #i've had several less than great experiences in the past due to lack of steady communication and transparency #so the red flags are going off a bit #i'm always nervous to commission new folks unless i see them consistently working through and posting finished comms #we live and learn
