I've been doing this thing lately where the little version of me that lives inside my brain and creates my thoughts makes a moodboard about a random part of my life and then prints it out and tacks it up on the bulletin board next to her desk and just stares at it all day and like.... no, no, I get it, I really do, but what do you want me to DO about it?

#anntics #first of all. my life was NOT GOOD when I was fourteen #you can't just pick a weekend where I visited a woman in her early thirties who was one of my only three friends #who I was only friends with bc she was one of the three people who were nice to me #and who was only friends with me bc she saw that I was like kinda shy and awkward and immediately began projecting #and trying to heal her past self through buying me vegan burritos and inviting me to her apartment to watch fmab with her and her husband #and yeah it was a good weekend #we went to a bookstore and drank fancy tea back when reading books and drinking fancy tea were the only personality traits I had #but all of the restaurants and antique shops we visited have been gone for years #and she hasn't spoken to you since she moved to south korea in 2014. so like what about those memories is even worth dwelling on. you know?
