👍🏼 (Emet, you can answer for canon if there's not enough to go on from RP yet)
(Yeah I’ll do it for more of a WoL/WoD canon thing)
Impressions || Still Accepting!
(Putting this under a cut because it’s VERY long. Also SHB spoilers)
Their first impression of them: Enemy, obviously. In a more WoL/WoD story Goldie is more in to herself instead of social. With the events of SHB and an Ascian coming out, she would be cautious. Then even more on edge how he’s fairly calm. A hand always near her axe just if needed.
Their current impression of them: Fairly depressed. After what happened, it got to her fairly deeply. Something she wouldn’t talk to the scions or the Exarch about but I feel like they’d notice. There would be a lot of confusion and conflicting emotions. She KNOWS he’s supposed to be an enemy, but can’t help the feeling that there’s a void of him being gone. Like a sort of impatient feeling and a conflict of wanting him back versus wanting him to stay dead. It especially wounded her that it was expected of her role to end him. Especially with the last events, it was like she had to swallow her own feelings. It hurt her a lot to shove away selfish feelings.
If they have the potential to be in a romantic relationship: Emet is one of the characters I do ship for Goldie. I don’t ship her with canons too much since a lot of the time there’s a conflict of reasoning. For Emet though, he’s someone that got in her head despite the hinted not having memories but we’re a fragment of someone he knew/loved. The patience to teach knowledge and history(that she should know) was something that sparked her attention. Then the sass between them would have her open up more. Something she doesn’t like doing much for anyone. If there was a situation where they could be romantic, she would greedily take part in it.
If they have the potential to be friends: I like to think on some level that they were, canon. Well, in a sense of her own opinions. She doesn’t like being close or considered friends with many people. In those situations, she feels like their friendship will cost pain. With Emet, she acknowledges he can handle himself. She isn’t too scared to call him a friend despite them being labeled enemies. That respect being there.
What their most attractive physical feature is: She’d find adoration for his eyes, definitely. As cheesy as that sounds. From the time knowing him, she would find herself locked on them often in their talks. Like gemstones crafted through history. Mesmerized by what all is held inside of them. But then when they’re locked on her own or far too close, she may shy away.
What their most attractive non-physical feature is: His mind. Despite being someone often thought of a rage monster, (Being a WAR and Dotharl), she has a love for intelligence. Be it story telling, wit, knowledge in general. She would want to pick at his mind to learn more. This may seem funny, but in a sense it reminds me of a snake and a snake charmer. Even if she went berserk or became a Lightwarden, I feel like Emet would have her locked in his song. The way he spoke and how he just thought.
What nickname they have for your muse, if any: Because of her not wanting to be close to him, she would try to give something insulting. Something like “Old man, stinky”. Well not terribly insulting but she wouldn’t want to give off the idea that she enjoyed the times he showed up.
How much they like your muse, on a scale of 1-10: 20, woulda been a 10, then those last events boosted it to 20.
Out of character: I went on for days after finishing SHB to my friend through RP I’ve had for 13 years. I’ve always loved villains more in the Final Fantasy settings because they felt way more Dynamic. TBH I tend to like villains in general for things.  In a sense, Emet also reminded me of one of my faves, Maleficent. Because when you think about it, he’s not the villain for his people, he’s a hero. And it reminds me of the concept of “not born a villain but made into one.” I even RP as Ultimecia and adore a bunch of older FF villains vs protags that are the same boring edgy sad characters. Due to personal reason also, it amped the loss for me and I cried like a baby at the “Remember… That we once lived…” I want to be in denial of his death and hope he returns because omfg I feel such a loss. He is an absolutely magnificent character with how he’s written. My love for him is for how he is written. Some people bash on “emet fuckers” saying how he’s a bad guy and people shouldn’t like them. But I find him extremely relatable and personally, something I love in characters. I find what he does, very real. then him going 180 on attitude at last minute wasn’t his “true colors” but more like he was pushing the WoL. I feel like he knew that was the only way to say the WoL from being consumed by light.
Do you have a song associated with the muses: YES. I actually thought about these songs a lot when playing through and afterwards so i’ll explain the both of them.
Black Magic - Jaymes Young: This one would be all the moments through SHB when he shows up, the meetings. Doubting him at first for him obviously being Ascian and therefore enemy. Then because she let him in, she starts wanting him to show up more. The way he talked was a strange calming thing for her. The whole “You make it feel so damn good to be bad” would be that she KNOWS she shouldn’t feel for him, but she selfishly wants those thoughts to keep to herself. Like a little treasure. Mainly because she tries not to be selfish in general but wants to in these times.
I Feel Like I’m Drowning - Two Feet: This would be towards the end events and afterwards. How it’s killing her inside with the duty vs feelings. Then how it feels like she’s drowning afterwards and doesn’t understand it. Trying to convince herself it’s better that Emet isn’t around.
