#i wanna sleep and i can't sleep because I'm in so much pain and my brain won't shut up coming up with the worst possible consequences or #situations and it's so stupid and I'm so tired ans I'm crying and i feel stupid for crying because it's stupid #of course I'm having trouble sleeping im in pain #but it just drives me crazy and the more i lay here the more my brain goes *your gallbladder is gonna burst* which it probably won't but my #brain doesnt know that apparently and so I'm just laying in my bed fricken crying and in pain more tired than i have been in the last year #and i can't fricken sleep #on top of that I'm nauseated and nausea medicine just makes it worse for me so.... #and i just wanna scream because it hurts to fricken breathe or move and I'm just so tired oh my gosh #I'm done ranting now just gonna wallow in self pity
