I'm sick and my brain is going haywire and not letting me sleep so I'm thinking abt Sonic and Vanilla interacting to make myself feel better

#ramblings #i don't think he like. considers her a mom or anything #gaia forbid he's *that* emotionally open with someone #but he's like. her kid's friend whom she treats like a son whenever he's around bc she knows he has no one else. y'know #he's always welcome in her home if he needs it. she'll feed him and tend to his wounds if he comes to her hungry or hurt #lets him stay as long as he needs and comforts him in the rare moments he lets himself be vulnerable around her #i imagine she'll even tailor clothes for him and stuff #like she sees him out in the rain without an umbrella or raincoat or anything #and decides to make one for him. one that's comfy and accommodates his quills properly #idk rn i just really wanna see them interact more. i think it'd be nice #real untapped potential here i think
