mmm I got an appointment date for a gyno to get the hysterectomy process started which is! good news! but the appointment isnt until september. and the letter straight up told me to expect to have to sit in the waiting room for up to two hours after my stated appointment time. on a week day. when I will be in school. and I'm just filled with dread because that means I have to endure a whole 5 more periods before even the consult appointment. and I was naively hoping that I'd have the surgery before I was in school this fall, because I don't want to have to take time off of school to heal
