#speculation nation #theyre like at opposite ends of the Character Spectrum tho which is kinda hilarious #but united in what Counts. #for me at least lol #idk what it is about tales games making characters that i genuinely fall in love with but it's unmatched by almost anything else #like ok sure im in love with inigo from fire emblem. but u still dont get to know fire emblem characters as well as tales characters #at least not for central characters. tho three houses did better on expanding side characters more #main persona characters r all teenagers so :p not getting any In Love With characters from there #and other than that. uhmmmmm #yea idk no other game series i play has characters that im as consistently completely in love with like this #it's a good thing! i think character depth & development is one of tales games' biggest strengths #gotta thank tales of zestiria's relative popularity back in like 2016 for getting me into this series lmaooo #tho really it was my fav aldnoah.zero writer on ao3 writing tales of zestiria fic that first gained my attention #which is the most hilarious roundabout way to get into a (relatively) obscure game series by a Pretty obscure (at least these days) anime #That's it that's the post. dohalim my beloved <3
