Distinguishing Features: In his base form, Broly is distinguishable as a light-skinned Saiyan with mid-length spiky black hair that has a slight blue tint and short bangs that frame his forehead. Standing at 7′0″ Broly’s height is probably his most distinguishable feature. While in his base form, Broly’s body is also noticeably on the leaner side for a Saiyan but he is well-built nonetheless, with a more compactly muscular build.

In his Super Saiyan form, Broly’s hair changes into a neon blue color with a purple tint to it when wearing the crown that his father Paragus used to control and suppress his powers. Without it, he has the signature golden hair of Super Saiyans and the light blue eye color to match, while his skin tone appears to be more slightly tan in its tone.

It is his Legendary Super Saiyan form where his most unique features may present themselves, as his body more than doubles in size; his muscles become engorged and his height shoots up to 9′0.” Even more interesting, his hair assumes a light green color and his pupils appear to vanish, giving him the impression of having solid white, pupil-less eyes. Broly’s blood also seems to become a dark green color while he is in this form.

The green tint to his hair would appear to carry over into Broly’s Super Saiyan Three (SSJ3) form, although the length of his hair increases to fall down his back to nearly his calves. Once more, his eyes assume a pupil-less white color, and his features become more pronounced with a sloping forehead.

In his Super Saiyan Four form, Broly’s hair remains the darker black color of his base form. However, his body is noticeably covered in the signature red fur of the SSJ4 transformation, with his tail is also red to match. As Broly Dark, he is distinguishable by the Time Breaker Mask that conceals his face and the Seven Star Dark Dragon Ball infused into his chest and body. Otherwise, without the mask, his eyes possess the same red highlighting of other Saiyans in the SSJ4 form.

Broly’s God form would appear to be a cross between his Legendary Super Saiyan form and his SSJ3 form, with both increased body mass and the long green tinted hair. However, the sloping brow of the SSJ3 form is visibly absent while Broly is in his God form. His eye color, once again, is the pupil-less white that gives him an unnerving predatory appearance.

Broly’s Oozaru (Great Ape) form is unique in that the color of his fur is the signature green of Broly’s Legendary Super Saiyan form. He would appear to have his own version of the Golden Ape or Golden Oozaru transformation, as a result. While in this form, his eyes are a distinct red or magenta in color.

In his physical form, Bio-Broly can appear to be identical to Broly in his base and Legendary Super Saiyan forms. However, when in his sludge/syrupy form Bio-Broly’s eyes are more rounded and they assume a red color, while his mouth becomes much wider. Bio-Broly is almost entirely covered in brown Culture Fluid but for a red area along the front of his chest and the few flattened whisps of golden hair still left visible on the top of his head. When Bio-Broly powers up, the red areas on his chest turn green, and when he assumes his Giant Form the overall color becomes more starkly purple.

Outfit/Clothing/Accessories: Broly has worn a crown with a blue gem, which his father Paragus used to control and suppress his immense power. Outside of that, Broly is typically more ornamented with a golden neckless, matching bracers/wristbands, solid gold armbands, a golden belt, and golden boots with leg bracers; all of which possessed the same blue colored gems embedded into them as the one on the crown that Paragus once placed on him.

The rest of Broly’s attire consists of a pair of loose-fitting white pants and a red sash in lieu of a tunic or shirt of any kind, as Broly would appear to prefer to leave his chest uncovered. It is possible that his attire may have been made using a similar material to that of Battle Armor, as his clothing seems to increase in size with Broly through his Legendary Super Saiyan transformation and other transformations like his Oozaru (Great Ape) form.

Broly’s clothing and accessories remain basically consistent throughout his alternate forms and transformation, with the exception of Broly Dark. In that incarnation, Broly’s bracers/wristbands and sash are all black and his pants are a dark teal color. The general design of his outfit remains unchanged, however.
