Who said “I love you” first: Probably both of them? But if I had to choose someone, I feel baizhu is the bolder of the two so he would say it first to Zhongli.

Who would have the other’s picture as their phone background: Both again, you can’t have one without the other after all. (Baizhu also has a picture of his kids (Gui and Qiqi) as one of them too so it would be the lockscreen, Zhongli probably had to ask at first but once he got the hang of it he’d probably have Baizhu for his lockscreen as well... )
