Ansy, I just got flashed by this idea:

You know the character in 3h that is in charge of listening to the main cast "confessions"? Then you give them the answer they want (completely dumb... honestly) to raise points with them?

Well... imagine If you are that person. I like to think they actually have a system in which they rotate who is going to hear the confessions that week so they can keep a sense of privacy for the person confessing and the one hearing... I mean, that place is supposed to be a neutral zone, where no one will judge you if you open up! The amount of nobles who probably info dump about family stuff they definitely shouldn't be sharing so openly... at least with the system, it will be a bit harder to keep track of said matters.

Another think would be that all listeners have they keep their face hidden just in case of some extra student that decides to hunt down the person before they can perform their duty, and get a glimpse of their face for... friendly reasons.

The idea is, a reader who isn't aware of some Looney characters that are very yandere for them but know they can't pursue you, so they retort to spilling all of the things they want (and will do) when they finally are out of the monastery. Likewise, the students don't know that you are even assigned to work that job, so cue reader being like this listening to all of that horrid shit, trying to recall the point of their life that lead to this moment.

The worst part is that you can't inform any other colleague of this, else you'll be breaching the privacy of the speaker (the main cast is very recognizable lmao. You have to be stupid to not recognize the Prince of Faerghus' voice or the extremely suspicious way that Hubert talks). You can ask to be reassigned to another duty, yes, but truly, your only saving grace is to keep listening to them, so you can know what to expect, even if at times they get way too descriptive and you know you won't be sleeping that night.
