i also have a hard time with underwear due to my body shape. my hips are very wide and my legs are very large, so i struggled with boxers when i tried to wear them. i personally ended up really liking boxer briefs! they're a lot more forgiving, though they can't hold a menstrual pad very well (in my experience as a 300+ pound person).

some trans guys end up liking boy shorts, which are sold in the 'women's' section, but have a more masculine cut and may fit you better. if those options don't work out for you, there are other options out there. if anyone has suggestions feel free to lend them for this anon!
