there's a fucking different between writing smut ( LITERAL FICTION! ) and making & sharing fake nudes about people. at that point, you're fucking with someone's life & imagine if that was you or someone you cared about. i myself don't know the account on tiktok who did it, but whoever it was needs to be fucking ashamed of themselves. and before y'all come at me because i write smut, like i said, it's PURE FICTION. i'm not going around & posting fake nudes of matt or chris then sharing it for everyone to see, LIKE WHAT. do fucking better bro.

A few things...
Within the time I was gone, I managed to get myself into an amazing relationship, which was sweet and all the things a girl could dream of. That was till 6 months in, where I got hit by a colossal bomb of information, which made me end it immediately. I truly believe that it takes 4-6 months for a man to show his true colours to you, that is, after the honeymoon period, after the rush he gets from being able to catch your eye...
I'm human at the end of the day, and the whole ordeal took a fair amount out of me. It's been 2 months since then, and I've moved on great mentally and emotionally. However, as the popular saying goes, 'The Body Keeps Score'.
My hips, my back, my spine and even my shoulders feel heavier and displaced. I've come to the realisation that I need to put more attention to my body. Stretching, Yoga, Pilates, Ashtanga, Hatha and Gymnastics. I'm a very flexible and fluid person, I did ballet, advanced yoga and contemporary dance. You can imagine how odd it feels for me to have tension within my body when I'm used to the extreme latter.
The plan
I've already begun this a month ago, but I've gone back to centring my workouts around toning, lengthening, and stretching. I lift light since I don't want to be too bulky, but you can not continue lifting if your structural base is a mess. I will see the leg press machine in December or even January 🕊
I purchased multiple pieces of these two from Lululemon. I love Bell Bottoms, Flared jeans, and the like, so I picked up some flared leggings to accompany me on my workouts. The sports bra covers perfectly, I love the clean white look as well as the cut. Perfect duo for me!

Workouts
This one is an absolute killer for the legs and thighs. I notice a difference in my walk after doing this a few times. I am a huge advocate for mobility and this video just does it for me. I've been doing it for years on and off.
Fight Master Yoga is amazing. My cousin introduced me to her. I was clueless and was already quite giddy to do a workout with family. All I can tell you is that I was shocked from the pain and peace the class gave me. I love her classes so so much, especially in the mornings when I need a wake up call.
You can never go wrong with Boho Beautiful , her yoga and pirates are versatile, great for beginners, and immensely helpful when it comes to starting to lenghten and stretch out your muscles. I wouldn't recommend going straight into Fight master Yoga because of how intense and long her sessions are. I love going from 2 Boho Beautiful sessions to 1 Fight Master session to a dance class.
During c0v1d one of my favourite artists, Fka Twigs posted some workout videos on her Instagram. Since then I've loved going back to them regularly as they feel good. They burn but not too much. The ambience is perfect and the workouts feel more spiritual rather than brutal.
Fka Twigs has to be my ultimate inspiration. She dances, she fights, and so much more. I'm mesmorised by the way she's able to move and the amount of control she has on her body. Simply watch how she moves in her songs "Sad Day" and "Cellophane" .
