aiden kane is controlling kristen starter  /  @tornsavior​ .

        It’s an absolutely brutal feeling  --  one that she’s not even allowed to have.   Imagine a man that’s able to stir up the deepest,  darkest emotions and bring them right to the surface.   Manipulate your emotions.  Each empath is different,  but he’s learning to use empathy in it’s most brutal and vicious form   ...   and that’s Aiden Kane to the tee.   There’s a scream in the back of her head that knows she never wants to hurt Liara or Shepard,  but she can’t reach it.  She can feel this anger,  this hate,  but yet it’s all so foreign.   As if she’s just watching herself move and there’s nothing she can do.   She loves Aiden Kane,  she wants to kill Liara and Shepard.  She doesn’t.  She has no choice,  no choice at all.  She belongs to Aiden Kane.  

          “  Are you hiding,  Commander Shepard?!   ”    The mirthful little laugh that fell from her lips is so maniacal.  It’s not something Kristen with her own,  real emotions would ever mutter.    “   C’mon baby,  I thought you liked it rough?  Hey,  listen.  I’ll cut a deal.  If you come out and play,  I’ll tell you what I did with Liara.  Cross my heart.   ”

i’m  always  so  happy  this  one  image  can  be  edited  to  really  portray  kristen’s  eyes  as  i  want  them  to  be.   legitimately  vibrant.   kind  of  frightening.   they  aren’t  just  bright  green  eyes.   they  are  supernatural  eyes  on  a  person  who  has  a  lot  of  anger  always  ready  to  be  used.

kristen durus has two major aesthetics:

-  fancy,  dress wearing,  everything fit to perfection,  champagne in hand,  always dressed nice,  hair always done up,  perfect make-up,  found in the classiest bars and restaurants,  instagram like traveler.

or

-  wearing all black,  covered in dirt,  covered in blood,  combat boots worn,  absolutely feral.

all other aesthetics are just accidental or temporary.   there’s very little in between.   she’s usually a dirty and angry mercenary,  or the captain of security for a high profile casino.

bet kristen didn't expect to see the glamorous damsel standing there on her doorstep when the door opened-- and to be fair, neither was marietta expecting to be back here after returning from a family trip in italy. an unspoken emotion isn't concealed from baby blues this time as crossed her arms and leaned against the doorframe. "before you ask if I'm here for the usual, I really should tell you that I don't have the slightest damn clue what I'm doing here anymore."

you  know,   kristen  certainly  doesn’t  look  glamorous.   being  outstanding  in  fashion  comes  with  a  warning  first   ...   one  she  didn’t  get.   she  really  only  swung  the  door  open  because  she  was  expecting  food.    chicken  tenders  from  the  hotel’s  kitchen  of  all  things  too.   you  know  what?   sometimes  a  pinot  grigio  and  chicken  tenders  just  really  hits  the  spot.   green  eyes  just  sort  of  flick  around  marietta’s  features  and  she  thinks  about  how  she  knows  she’s  bad  at  one  night  stands,   especially  with  women.   does  it  really  even  matter?   she  always  comes  to  this  one  hotel  in  particular  because  across  the  street  is  her  ex-boyfriend’s  club.   then  she  denies  she  ever  has  attachments  because  of  the  job  or  something.   kristen’s  hand  reaches  out,   but  the  back  of  it  just  sort  of  pushes  on  marietta’s  arm,   getting  the  other  woman  to  move  to  the  side.   her  peripheral  vision  caught  her  chicken  tenders  delivery.    the  man  just  set  the  cart  on  the  wall  beside  her. 

“   —   i  definitely  don’t  have  your  fucking  favorite  drink  because  you  didn’t  warn  me  and  i  am   NOT   sharing  my  food.   ”     that’s  all  kristen  says,  so  casually,   low  voice  a  murmur.   kristen  turns,   walks  back  into  her  room  with  the  cart  wheeling  behind  her.   bare  feet  padding  on  the  floor,   long  legs  on  display.   she’s  just  wearing  this  long,   old  band  t-shirt  and  that’s  it.    door  left  open.
