In tyt she's cute at leats but in cgi her flar hair makes her look like a karen and #not even a funny one ghfd I love Phyllis but not her so ye I think it's that she doesn't have much character besides of being mean #maybe in the future we'll see more sides of her and my opinion will change. I DO get her reasoning about the magic getting in the way tho #it's new and difficult to everyone and well naturally there's gonna be conflict. Hope they can resolve it peacefully
