I'm like three chapters into Hawkwing's Journey, and this guy is a mess. Clans really need someone with a therapist role lmao.

#this is a new book for me! I've never read it and i haven't heard much that happens in it #tbh i was pretty lost in the first chapter. it felt like it's supposed to be... the third chapter maybe #i still had very little clue who any of these apprentices were and who's whose sibling by the time I'm supposed to feel sorry for them #for most of the series it's fine to be super brief on the details bc odds are it's been mentioned before #but with skyclan? they've been in comparatively few books. up to this point chronologically they've only appeared three times #again this may be an issue with the fact that this isn't really the intended order to read the series lol #i do not remember any mention of hawkwing's family in avos but i also barely remember anything in avos #I literally couldn't tell you a single thing that happens in books 4-6 #actually i remembered one thing. twigbranch switches clans a couple times and i think that was in the latter half of the arc #watch that end up being wrong LMAO #I'm aiming to read all of avos by december
